About Attorney Suprin
Cassandra Suprin is an immigration attorney with extensive experience and a reputation for principled, results-driven representation. A partner at St. Philippe, Suprin & Francis, P.A., she brings more than 16+ years of frontline experience representing immigrants before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the asylum office, immigration courts, and detention centers.
Her expertise is frequently sought by national and international media, including WLRN, NPR, The Haitian Times, VWA FANM, and Voice of America, where she provides clear, direct analysis of immigration law and policy. She is also the architect of the widely used Know Your Rights presentation at Catholic Legal Services, which has empowered thousands of immigrants with critical legal knowledge.
Before entering private practice, Cassandra served as a Director then a Co-Director of the Family Defense Program at Americans for Immigrant Justice and spent more than a decade at Catholic Legal Services as a staff, supervising, and managing attorney. She managed and trained a multidisciplinary team of over 20 professionals while maintaining a demanding caseload covering virtually every area of immigration law.
Cassandra’s commitment to justice predates her legal career. She graduated summa cum laude from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a degree in International Criminal Justice and earned her Juris Doctor from Franklin Pierce Law Center.
